Portland City Hall

In this shot, I used framing to highlight the contrast between the classical style city hall and the modern building behind it. I also liked the contrast between the circular shape at the front of city hall and the cubic shape of the building behind it. I chose to frame the modern building in the middle of the photo so that the eye is drawn there first. I also chose to have the classical building filling half of the photo to further demonstrate the contrast.
